Hourly Consulting ($25. per hour)
Essential Details, LLC offers private, on-site consultations with Lead Consultant Lynnette Hulgan to discuss budgets, etiquette, vendors, contracts and negotiation, scheduling logistics, or other wedding planning topics of your choice. Hourly consultations are designed for intensive assistance with your wedding plans and are task-oriented. We ask that you come prepared with questions and/or a specific goal to accomplish.
Rehearsal and Wedding Day Management (starting at $1250.)

Two (2) onsite meetings to finalize ceremony and reception details at least two weeks before the wedding.

Onsite management throughout your wedding day.

Maintain wedding day schedule with vendors, wedding party and family.

Monthly timeline reminders including deposits due, final balances due, final guest counts, etc.

Review all vendor contracts to confirm accuracy, assist with deposit due-date reminders.

Issue final vendor payments and tips on day-of-the wedding.

Assist with any minor set-up, including place cards, champagne glasses, cake knife, wedding favors, centerpieces, etc.

Ceremony rehearsal coordination.

Unlimited assistance with your questions regarding planning, etiquette, vendors, style, etc.
Our consultants carry an “Emergency Kit” to handle incidentals on your wedding day. The Emergency Kit includes an impressive variety of personal items (from breath mints to nail glue) and items for minor repairs (from buttons to floral tape).
Our consultants are trained in CPR and are AED and First Aid certified.
All-Inclusive Wedding Day Management (starting at $1950.)

Unlimited planning meetings with bridal couple and/or vendors.

Complete wedding design

Locate vendors that are suited to your individual taste and budget for transportation, photography, invitations, floral, cake and more; set appointments and attend meetings; act as liaison for bride and handle all vendor communications and mediation throughout the planning process.

Coordinate and confirm delivery and setup schedule with all vendors.

Creation of customized budget and budget maintenance.

Monthly timeline reminders including deposits due, final balances due, final guest counts, etc.

Finalize ceremony and reception details and create “wedding weekend schedule” two weeks before wedding

Create bride’s personal wedding day checklist
